​CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance and fail to attend your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before booking any future appointments.

 
LATE ARRIVALS
 
Please note that if you are 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
